members where are you

where have all the members gone ???????????????????????????
we now have ten active members in the division.
for a city centre division i think that this is pretty poor what can we do to get more members ? and more important how can we retain existing members and replace members who become ill or inactive due to bad health ????

wednesday night meetings at 20.00 hrs at hq.

you dont have to come to 52 meetings a year 40 would be nice or even 20.

more members mean dutys get full cover and better training nights at division.

we are an adult division with members ages ranging from 20 - 65
we meet once a week and train in first aid,which ranges from putting on a plaster to learning cpr,radio communication and how to move casualtys.
we even have quiz nights and talks on any subject.
